Do you grind the coffee, or send whole beans?

You can choose whole beans or a grind suited to your brewing method (filter, French press, espresso, etc.).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets via our secure payment gateway.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location, after 1–3 days of roasting and processing. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed or dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How should I store my coffee at home?

Keep it in the resealable bag or an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture, ideally at room temperature. Avoid storing in the fridge or freezer once opened, as this can introduce moisture.
