Eligibility & Accounts

Products & Pricing

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions, weights, roast dates, and images accurately. Actual packaging, roast appearance, and colour may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at our discretion, without prior notice, and to correct genuine pricing errors even after an order is placed (in which case we will inform you and offer a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed).

Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order (not merely on order placement or payment).
  • Payments are processed through third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
  • We may cancel or hold orders that we suspect are fraudulent, duplicated, or placed in error, and will refund any amount already collected for such orders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a correct, deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by you.
  • Use the Website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless you have a separate wholesale/B2B agreement with us.

Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any statutory right you have to approach a consumer forum with jurisdiction over your place of residence, as provided under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
