Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across serviceable pin codes in India via our courier partners.

Processing Time

Coffee is roasted and packed fresh to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Roast/pack date is printed on every bag.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities/towns: typically 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or restricted pin codes may take longer, or may not be serviceable — this is flagged at checkout.

These timelines are estimated and not guaranteed; they may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional disruptions, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check order status by logging into your account on the Website.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability at the doorstep, or refusal to accept the order, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
• If a package is confirmed lost or undelivered by the courier and this is not attributable to an error in the address provided by you, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier network disruptions, or government restrictions.
